  • Instructions for Online Learning

     

    1. Navigate to https://.teachhub.schools.nyc.
    2. Sign in with child's email address and password. 
    3. Click on the Google Classroom icon.
    4. Look for announcements and meeting links on the Stream tab.
    5. Students in K and 1stshould log on to meet with the teacher at 8:00am - attendance will be recorded at this time.
    6. Students in 2ndand 3rd should log on to meet with the teacher at 8:15am - attendance will be recorded at this time.
    7. Students in 4thand 5th should log on to meet with the teacher at 8:30am - attendance will be recorded at this time.
    8. Look for assignments on the Classwork tab.

     

    Please make every effort to have your child join any live meetings posted and to complete all work before returning to school on Tuesday.  Should you experience any difficulty, please email your child's teacher directly.

  • MOIA Immigration Legal Support Centers

    The Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs has multiple Legal Support Centers across the City that offers New Yorkers free, safe immigration legal help. These centers are housed in community sites, public health facilities, public schools, and libraries. Services are provided in your language. Your immigration status does not matter.

    The MOIA Immigration Legal Support Centers provide:

    • Free legal screenings to find out if you qualify for any immigration benefit
    • Free legal help from an experienced attorney or accredited representative for a range of cases including:
      • Citizenship
      • Green card applications and renewals
      • Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
      • Temporary Protected Status (TPS)
    • Referrals to City-funded and community-based resources and support services

    This program is intended to serve individuals who meet the following criteria:

    • New York City resident
    • Income eligible (200% of the Federal Poverty Level)

    Each MOIA Immigration Legal Support Center has strong immigration legal expertise, local community ties, and cultural and linguistic competence that help them meet community specific needs.

School Day Schedule

7:40am-7:55am

Students who wish to eat breakfast at school may enter through the auditorium entrance. 

7:55am-8:00am 

Doors are closed at this time in order to prepare for morning entry.  Any students arriving at this time should wait outside until the doors reopen at 8:00am.  Students who wish to get a breakfast will be given grab and go at 8:00am.

8:00am-2:20pm

Grade K will enter through the cafeteria doors (to the left of the main entrance).

Grades 1 and 4 will enter through the staircase doors (to the left of the cafeteria doors).

Grades 2, 3, and 5 will enter through the auditorium doors (the last doors to the left).

All students will be dismissed at 2:20pm.

Grade K will dismiss through the cafeteria doors (to the left of the main entrance).

Grade 1 will dismiss through the staircase doors (to the left of the cafeteria doors).

Grade 2 will dismiss through the right side auditorium doors 

Grade 3 will dismiss through the left side auditorium doors

Grade 4 will dismiss through the courtyard gate (note: this is different than their entry door)

Grade 5 will dismiss through the courtyard gate
