  • Your Voice Counts-Please Take our Leader in Me Fall Family Survey

As you know our school has been implementing a whole-school transformational process called the Leader in Me, which teaches 21st-century leadership and life skills to students and creates a culture of student empowerment based on the idea that every child can be a leader. We will be conducting surveys to learn more about key areas of strength and areas of needed growth in our school. In order for us to have a holistic picture of what is going on in our school, we are asking all parents/guardians to participate.

Please complete the below survey (without sharing your name or other identifying information). The survey is completely voluntary, but we do hope to get feedback from one member of every household.

    Please take this survey: https://www.leaderinme.com/s/ps-128-bensonhurst-ny/families

We thank you in advance for your time and support!!

  • Family Income Inquiry Forms are DUE

If you have not completed the Family Income Inquiry Form online at https://myschoolapps.com , we encourage families to do so, as soon as possible. Online forms are processed within 24 hours of submission by the parent, and the school never has to handle/see a paper form. The Family Income Inquiry Form is the basis for determining our school’s eligibility for Title I funding.
